I am a bit late with this sample because of my holidays but
I have finally finished it.
It seemed a strange stitch in the beginning but it was easy once I got use to it.
I used a variegated Perle 8 cotton thread but I am unsure of the brand and I worked it on Aida cloth.

I liked the variegated coton you used on this (am going to buy myself some I think as it looks very effective).
In my cross stitching days I used to love stitching on Aida. Normal 14 count and cream in color!
I meant to type NORMALLY 14 count and cream in color :)
