I am late for week 18 of the TAST 2 challenge run by Sharon B over on Pin tangle.
This week it was Wave stitch.
I loved this stitch but my choice of coloured thread was not a good one--a bit too pale I think.
On the bottom row is Up and Down Feather Stitch.
I found this a bit difficult at first because I have a touch of Arthritis in my fingers and the movement from left to right and back again proved to be a bit awkward.
But as I got into it the stitch seemed to flow a bit better.
Both threads are Variegated Perle cottons.

I would imagine the cold weather you have been having hasnt helped much. I think finally I am getting over this wretched cold.
your up and down feather is very compact and fluid wish mine would come out like that.
Two more lovely stitches Doreen - they'd look good on crazy patchwork wouldn't they?
Both stitches are pretty but I especially like the bottom one. I reminds me of a vine with leaves.
beautiful work on both stitches~!
i really enjoyed the up and down feather stitch but for some reason had a very hard time with the wave stitch . . .
