I haven't even started looking for the fabrics to make my Crazy Quilt block yet as I haven't had time-what with doing the samples for week 5 of the Embellisher class with Dale and also the Studio Journals class with Sharron B through Joggles.
Life has been hectic as you can all see but it gets me out of doing the housework.

'Housework'? That's a dirty word of the worst sort. Whoever invented it should be shot (or better yet, be forced to come and clean all us 'creative-types' houses so we could do nothing but create!!)
And that's got to be the best reason of all for being creatively busy.

what is houswork? I dont know how you are managing to do two on-line courses at once - even with one I spent hours every day on the computer...and stitching!
I always say 'I don't do domestic I only do creative'.
I do keep all my equipment very clean though - I have my priorities.

I know what you mean Doreen, I had cement dust all through the house from the pipe repairs and now mud from where they dug them up as it is raining!
I am behind with Dale's class and done a bit with Sharron's and TIF is on the back burner.
Also trying to finish a doll class i foolishly took on line and start the baby cot blanket.
Need more hours in the day.
I agree with all the others....housework is a nasty subject!
Those colors look very modern to me. Not my favorites but it will be interesting to see what you do with them. You always come up with something beautiful.
