Horse Riding - Ebony Style

Today Ebony went for her birthday horse ride and she had the best time ever-in fact she thinks it's the best birthday present that she has ever had.
Sorry about all the photos but it was such a momentous occasion that I had to record all of it.
So here goes----
"Hmm which way is the front"?

"OK I'm ready so here goes"

"Well that was easy"

"OK so I have the grip right "

"Look at me-look at me"

"Here we go off for a lazy ride down the trail"

Back after an hour of riding--"How cool was that"

"Yee hah"

After all that she said "Can I go again soon"
I reckon that will be a resounding yes.
Now she's in training for the Equestrian events in the 2028 Olympic Games :-]

Looks like she had a great time, but why weren't you up there in the saddle??

Oh good - at least we'll have somebody we know to cheer for in 2028!! Good for her; so glad she enjoyed it.

Well done Ebony - I can remember being horse mad when I was her age. Many years later when I was in my 40s, I took our youngest daughter riding and could hardly walk afterwards!

That smile says it all Doreen, glad it was such a success.

How fun! There's always something special about little girls and horses. They just seem to go together. Ebony looks like a pro sitting on that horse....I'll be watching in 2028 and cheering her on!

Scrolling through the photos and I can't see the photo of you mounting the horse with your jodhpured bum up in the air. I admit, im a little disappointed :)

It looks like she had a wonderful time - roll on pony club fees and a horse for Chrissy.

Oh that area looks just like where my sister lives! We visited last Feb/March. They all ride and we went to the Canberra show while we were there but sadly no horses because of the horse flu.

Ebony looks very confident sitting up there - obviously a natural.
Hope you've got a big enough back yard! *LOL*
