Cyber Fyber and TIF

Today I received my ATC and Postcard that I traded with Susan Lenz as part of the swap that she is holding in conjunction with the Cyber Fyber exhibition that she is organising in January 2009.
The colour is not true here but they still look fantastic to me.
And you wouldn't believe it or maybe you would --I forgot to take a photo of the ones that I sent her but if you go to the Cyber Fyber blog site you will be able to see them --the Postcard is number 5 and the Atc is number 17.

Also in the mail today I received these hand dyed threads from Sharon B for guessing the reason why she joined all her samples together --aren't they beautiful --all hand dyed by Sharon.
Now I have a question--am I allowed to use them in my TIF challenge?--because I have stated that I would only use "stuff" from my stash--that I would not purchase anything new---but I didn't purchase them did I--and they are now in my stash--so does that count ? ? ?
Thank you Sharon you are a very generous lady.

I agree with Purple Missus too, permission granted. I love your atc and postcard and would love to have a go but am snowed under at the moment.

I agree with the general concensus...after all the threads have become part of your stash with no expenditure of money on your part and therefore are useable. Very pretty!

So are the atc & postcard...wow.

Hi Doreen, Isn't it exited to trade a pc and atc for a exebition?
Thanks to your blog, mine are also on their way to the USA :)
Ofcourse you can use the threads, you didn't buy them !!

What beautiful mail you received! The colors look good to me just as they are....and those hand dyed threads are gorgeous!! I say you didn't buy them so they're fair game.

You are a lucky lady, those threads are beautiful.
As they are a gift, at the moment you received them, they became part of you stash. So I don't see any problem :-)

Doreen, I'm very envious of your lovely thread parcel, VBG. You commented on my blog that you think you have a copy of Autumn Leaves by Nat King Cole. Is it an old 78, because I'm dying to remember what was on the reverse of that record? I emailed the YouTube man but he hasn't responded yet.
Anyway, happy stitching,
I have to make 12 ATC's for a swap before April, so I have to put my thinking cap on too, LOL,
Hooroo,
Christine

Hi Doreen!
I'm so far behind on my regular blog reading that I might never catch up. I'll just have to start over again! Thanks so much for blogging about CYBER FYBER, your nice comments about my postcard and ATC....and EVERYTHING! You're the best!
