No photos today --just an apology.
It seems that we have reached our monthly allowance of internet usage (the first time ever) and even though we can still use it at no extra cost to us money wise but the speed has been slowed down to the point that it takes forever to download the pictures.
Now I like doing nothing but if I waited for each picture to download I would go insane as well as the fact that my bum would be stuck to the chair.
I am able to read your blogs but seeing as that I can't see any pictures then I can't make any comments about what you are showing can I?
We will be back to normal on the 10th--phew---
Now don't ask me how all this happened except I will say that one young lady who has been spending a lot of time with us these last two weeks has been watching a lot of stuff on her I pod and her dad downloaded some music on Christmas day which seems to be the straw that broke the camels back so to speak.
If nothing else it has made her realise that the internet is not free and that she needs to be more diligent with her time spent on the net plus the fact that she is also affected with the slowness has brought the point home to her.
Oh well what will I do today -------mmmm.
So if you notice that I have dropped by your blog but not left a comment then you will now know that I have a valid reason.

Bummer! I hate it when my internet connection is slow. It doesn't happen too often but once in awhile it does so I understand your frustration.
Kids!! But we still love them. Only 4 more days to go then you'll be back with us properly. See you soon.
Never mind, you'll be back with us soon enough. Anything that educates youngsters about the internet is not such a bad thing.
We have had that happen to us a couple of times too Doreen... so so slow... but I guess the upside is more time to spend on something else.. see you again soon...

I can appreciate your frustration, we are planning to change our internet provider as it is so slow compared to other providers, maybe it is because it is WA: wait awhile. But I would agree experience is the best teacher. Look forward to the 10th and some happy reading.
Same problem here constantly, we upgraded our plan but the system still slows down because of all the *&^%$#@ that comes in with their downloads. I have to constantly run my maintenance software to clean it out.
Not too long until the 10th, thank goodness. Maybe with all the extra time, you'll have something new to show us? lol
Just think how much more you will get done while you are not blogging! I hope Ebony is suitable chastened. Shall welcome you back soon. Ccheers
I experienced the same thing where I was staying Doreen, gave up in frustration..hence it is now going to take forever to catch up on all my blog friends now I am home.
Ebony is a very beautiful girl, isn't she.
