I love creating these little gems --they are full of unusual sized pages and pockets with ribbons and fibres to finish them off.
This is the cover but I am not sure about the papers we were given in the kit--not my taste really.
The inside cover front and back had a pocket in it which held several tags with fibres and ribbons.
Inside were odd shaped pages that were covered in different papers -- rub ons were used to embellish as well as metal tags.

What a lovely book, I love all the different elements, it makes it all so exciting. It's definitely something I must have a go at.
Nice book!! I've been mustering my courage to try making something similar, but have yet to get at it. Yet another thing on my to-do list!
Your book looks fun. I keep saying I am going to give it a try. It's not like I don't have all of the stuff hoarded away or anything ;-)
These are great it looks like you got a lot done! Just lovely.
That's the thing with workshop kits. You may not find everything as you would pick it but learning all the techniques is what it's really about. It looks like you learned a lot in this class. And someone you know probably loves the colors so you have a wonderful gift already made and waiting! Unless you learn to love that color now that you've worked with it!!
What a fantastic book! Love all the pockets, texture and colour. I'm with you the cover choice was weird.
This is great Doreen - love all the different elements. Whether you are happy with the colours or not, it has gone together really well. At least in the future you can create another (or more!) using your own materials. Wiykd be nice to personalise it for someone as well as a little gift.
The book looks like it was fun to make. Now you can do it in supplies you like better.
What a fantastic little book Doreen. What size does it come out at? I love books with little pockets and other bits.
oh, this is a wonderful book, Doreen!
